Neal had a successful career as a mechanical engineer at Xerox for 31 years prior to retiring and moving to Shallotte, North Carolina. He and his wife Cindy were parishioners of St. Joseph’s for 35 years before moving to NC. They recently relocated back to the Rochester area after living in North Carolina for 30 years. Neal was known for his commitment to service and volunteerism. He worked the Wednesday overnight shift at Penfield Volunteer Emergency Ambulance (PVEA) for 20 years.
