November 19, 2024Tom was a parishioner at St. Joseph’s Church. After high school, Tom answered the call to serve his country and joined the United States Army serving with honor, and spending most of his service stationed in Korea. Upon returning home, he worked at Central Trust Bank, Kodak and Johnson and Johnson. After retirement, Tom stayed busy with part-time work at the Rochester Red Wings and St. Joseph’s Church (parishioner since 1982), where he also volunteered for his children’s sports teams and supported numerous church committees. Tom was a familiar face to so many over the years, as he was there to greet people that came into what is now the parish learning center. He loved singing Christmas carols at Church! Whether working or volunteering, Tom’s generous spirit was always a light to those around him.
