Ed was a Roman Catholic and he belonged to St. Joe’s for 55 years until his death. Ed was an Electrical engineer, who worked and retired from General Railway Signal. He then worked for Penfield Fire Department. Ed spent his adult life as an avid volunteer fireman who would always be ready to help his neighbor. He was the calm in the storm of life.
Davis was a parishioner at St. Joseph’s for over 20 years. He volunteered at the Dimitri House. Davis did the statistics for Rochester Americans (Amerks), Knighthawks, and Rochester Rhinos. He was married to his wife Elsie for 70 years and was very much a family man.
John was a devout main of faith. He was a World War II Veteran, and a talented craftsman and builder. He will be remembered as a loving and supportive husband, father and friend.
