St. Joseph's has a long-standing relationship with the Cabrini Parish in the City of Rochester. Our projects include clothing collections for Matthew's Closet, food donations for the Sr. Regis Food Cupboard, and the annual Christmas giving program. In collaboration with Fr. Daniel Ruis, Cabrini Parish Pastor,  St. Joseph's tithes generously to these ministries every quarter.

Matthew's Closet

We help support this urban ministry run by our sister parish with Fall and Spring donations of clothing. At other times of the year, donations can be delivered directly to 316 Bay Street. THIS FALL: The Matthew's Closet Fall/Winter Clothing Collection is 11/3 thru 11/5.  Gently used FALL/WINTER (NO SUMMER) clothing, gloves, hats, adult coats, sheets & blankets can be placed in the clothing shed in St. Joe's West parking lot.  Thank you!

Sr. Regis Food Cupboard

Throughout the year, donations of non-perishable food are much needed and collected on the first weekend of each month through the Phillip the Van collections. We treasure our vibrant working partnership with Sr. Julia Norton and the volunteers at the cupboard.
